There's no opportunity to get into any of the other menu options.
If I click on Lync it bounces once on the dock and I immediately get a crash report. I've read the other posts about deleting the Lync cached information the 'Microsoft User Data' directory and the 'Unknown Cert' issue, I couldn't find a cert that matched that description.
